Smart Spray Tracks Liquid and Granular

Technician arrives at a property and begins spraying too much chemical (or too little). SmartSpray calculates in real time the cost and volume of the discrepancy and highlights the property on the Dashboard. SmartSpray then notifies the manager that a discrepancy in chemical application has been observed on the property resulting in incorrect costs. The manager contacts the Technician, determines the reason for the discrepancy, and coaches them on the correct amount needed for the property.

Scenario 2: Technician arrives at a property and decides not to apply any Chemicals. SmartSpray knows the size of the lawn and the volume of chemical that should be sprayed on the lawn and highlights the property on the SmartSpray Dashboard. SmartSpray then notifies the manager that no chemical was applied to the property. The manager to contacts the Technician, determines the reason for the discrepancy and coaches them on the correct amount needed for the property.

Scenario 3: Technician arrives at a property and applies chemical to a lawn. A nearby property owner offers the Technician a cash dollar amount for spraying their lawn as well. Technician mixes a new batch of chemical and begins spraying. SmartSpray tracks in real time the property being sprayed, the technician applying the chemical, the volume of chemical is being applied, and the cost of the additional application. SmartSpray highlights the property in the Dashboard and notifies the manager that chemical was applied to a property that is not a customer. The manager contacts the Technician, determines the reason for the discrepancy, and coaches them on the correct procedure for onboarding a new customer.
