How is the "Rover" (LR100) powered?
The LR100 uses a replaceable battery that lasts approximately 3 and a half days of continuous usage.
Can I pause my subscription in the off-season?
Yes. We offer a front loaded payment rate for seasonal businesses. This keeps your SIM cards active and your data accessible for the full year but the payments are frontloaded to the months where the device is mostly in use.
Does Smart Spray's trackers require a professional mechanic to install?
No. Smart Spray's devices are designed for a quick 20-minute install. It comes with a standard wiring harness that connects directly to your 12V power source. We provide an install guide, and a video guide that walks you through every step.
What happens if my truck enters a cellular dead zone?
Smart Spray devices have "Store & Forward" technology. If a truck loses signal, the device continues to record all Chemical and Location data internally. Once the truck returns to a service area, it automatically uploads the missing data to the cloud so your records remain complete.
Is the hardware waterproof?
Yes. Smart Spray's Devices waterproof, meaning they are fully dust-tight and can withstand high-pressure water jets and rain. They are built to survive the harsh environment of spray rigs.
Can I track multiple chemicals on one truck?
Yes. Smart Spray's controller supports multiple flow inputs. You can add multiple LF100 (flow sensors) to track multiple tank setups or injection systems independently on the same dashboard.
Does Smart Spray have any integrations?
Yes. We offer an open API and Webhook. We can push "Job Completion" data (including liquid used, chemical used, time, technician, location, and heat map coverage) directly to any webhook.
How does the Enterprise Tier pricing work?
Our billing system automatically checks your total active device count every month. If you surpass a tier threshold (e.g., 10+ devices), your subscription rate per device automatically drops for all devices on your account. No phone calls required.
How do I see where my technician walked?
If you have any LP100 + LR100 (bundle) or LPM100 (Mobile), you will be able to view where chemical has been sprayed but also where the technician has been on the property.
